We contribute to your health

On the eve of World Cancer Day, we reflect on our mission to help you become the best version of yourself. Let's face it: healthy eating is the best form of health and preventive care. Your health is important to you and to us. Without good health you cannot make your dreams come true. Every meal and snack is an opportunity to do something good for your body, or harm it.

Experts say you can reduce — but not eliminate — your cancer risk by making healthy food choices. Research shows that a diet filled with a variety of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans and other plant foods helps lower the risk of many cancers. In laboratory studies, many individual minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals show anti-cancer effects.

The best thing you can do is:

  • Focus on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, fatty fish like salmon, and probiotics like yogurt and kombucha
  • Make choices that help you manage your weight
  • Eat a wide variety of plant-based foods and provide a variety of colors

For us it's all about balance: lots of useful dietary fiber, lots of fruit and vegetables, little red meat, as few processed ingredients as possible, as little sugar as possible. We're here to help you improve your well-being, upgrade your nutrition or simply inspire you to fill your fridge with responsible ready-to-eat treats. We realize all too well that healthy food has to be delicious for it to work. That is why we look for a balance between healthy and tasty food and we pay a lot of attention to the attractiveness of the food.

We cannot eliminate our cancer risk by eating certain foods. But focusing on eating a healthy, balanced diet and maintaining a healthy weight will go a long way in reducing your risk.
